ABOUT THE POSITION – (WE HAVE TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE)
We are looking for two energetic and passionate Customer Experience Specialists to join our expanding team at Ethical Brand Co HQ, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are ideally looking for full time hours however hours are negotiable for the right candidate.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Must be computer literate and can demonstrate an ability to learn new systems quickly
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A passion for building connections with new and existing customers and able to service all customer needs
- Able to provide exemplary customer service and field phone calls with an excellent phone manner
- Previous experience in the Hair and Beauty Industry
- A passion for ethical, sustainable and community driven business practices
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- High level of written and verbal communication
